OnPointe

A digital experience, reimagined.

Concept by Sea Grape Labs

An independent, unofficial design concept. This is not OnPointe Dance Studio’s current website, and nothing here is connected to the studio’s real systems. Studio photography, logo and copy belong to OnPointe Dance Studio and are used only in this private preview.

A digital preview for OnPointe, by Sea Grape Labs

You built an impressive studio. Imagine the digital side built the same way.

OnPointe trains dancers from their very first class through competition season, across two studios and six days a week. This preview shows what happens when the digital side gets the same care you give your dancers: a website that feels like a performing arts academy, a class finder built on your real schedule, a portal families will actually use, and a dashboard that takes the front-desk juggling off your plate.

Everything runs in your browser. Classes, times, prices and policies are OnPointe’s published information; families, payments and inquiries are clearly labeled sample data. Nothing is sent, and nothing about the studio’s current website or GoStudio Pro account has been touched.

Three guided scenarios, about a minute each.

Pick one and a small guide follows you through the pages, pointing at the control to use and showing what changes on the other side.

A

Welcome a new family

Homepage to class finder to trial request, then a lead in the dashboard that becomes an enrolled dancer with a family account and first invoice.

B

Keep families in the loop

One announcement reaches every portal. A parent requests a private lesson; the studio confirms it and the invoice follows.

C

Tuition without the chasing

A family estimates tuition from the real price list, gets a reminder, pays in the portal, and the balance clears in the dashboard.

You run OnPointe. I’ll handle the digital side.

You don’t need to become a web developer, SEO expert, AI expert or software developer. You already have a business to run.
You tell me how OnPointe works. I build the technology around it.Discovery first. Decisions about what to connect or replace come after we understand your workflow, not before. GoStudio Pro stays exactly where it is unless you decide otherwise.
Easier to discover, easier to understand.Visibility means making OnPointe’s classes and expertise clear to families searching in Bonita Springs, Naples and Estero. No promises about rankings or AI recommendations, just a site that explains the studio well.

Built around how the studio runs

  • Nothing here assumes a tool you use today has to go.
  • Registration can keep running through GoStudio Pro, with the new site sending families there.
  • Where something is painful, we build a better version. Where it works, we leave it alone.

What a real build adds

  • Private sign-in for each family, with their dancers only.
  • Inquiries, reminders and announcements that actually reach families by email or text.
  • Your real roster, real invoices and real payment processing, once you choose to connect them.

Design notes: an evolution of OnPointe, not a replacement.

The studio already has a strong identity. The concept keeps it and gives it a stage.

What we kept

  • The script logo with the pointe shoe in the P, unchanged.
  • The coral to pink gradient, now used only as light: the neon line, one button, a few accents.
  • The studio’s own photography, which already carries the neon sign and warm walls.
  • Every program name, time, price and policy, in the studio’s words.

Creative direction

  • Concept: the art of movement. A professional ballet company meets a fashion editorial.
  • Signature moment: a line of neon light traces the dancer’s leap as the homepage opens, echoing the sign on the studio wall, then carries through the whole page as you scroll and ends under “Your first class starts here.”
  • Each style gets an original movement study drawn in the same light: the turn of ballet, the rhythm of tap, the partnering of ballroom.
  • Sophisticated, never cold: blush and ivory rooms between the dark stage moments.

Typography

More than just dance.
Fraunces, an editorial serif with the elegance of the Playfair Display on the current site but sturdier fine strokes, for headlines. Outfit, the studio’s current body face, kept for reading. Both fonts are bundled with the preview and work offline.

Motion

  • One orchestrated opening, about three seconds, then the page belongs to the visitor.
  • Scroll-driven, never scroll-jacked: the line of light, a pinned scene that moves through the eight styles, and photographs that open as they arrive.
  • Everything respects reduced motion; the content never depends on animation.

Mobile and access

  • Phone layouts designed separately: a day-by-day schedule, a full-screen menu, thumb-sized controls.
  • Keyboard support, visible focus, Escape closes every panel, real headings and alt text.
  • Pages are marked noindex so this preview never competes with the studio’s real site.

What works in this preview, and what is simulated.

Works right now

  • Class finder and schedule filter the real 2026/27 classes by age, experience, style, day and program, with details, dress code and tuition for every class.
  • Tuition estimator uses the published price list, the 10% sibling discount and the $35 registration fee.
  • Enrollment journey checks for overlapping classes, shows the tuition math and creates a trial request in the dashboard.
  • Parent portal: report an absence, request a private lesson, sign a form, pay an invoice (simulated), read announcements and notifications.
  • Studio dashboard: work the lead pipeline, book trials and enroll dancers, assign classes, edit instructors and capacity, create a sample class that appears on the public schedule, record payments, send reminders, post announcements, toggle reminder workflows and read reports.
  • Reset demo in the top bar restores the original sample data.

Simulated for the demo

  • No emails, texts or notifications are sent. No card is charged and no payment processor is connected.
  • The portal and dashboard open without a login. A real build uses private sign-in; this demo storage is not security.
  • Every family, dancer, invoice, payment, attendance record, inquiry and event is fictional and labeled as sample data.
  • Registration still points to the studio’s real GoStudio Pro portal, which this preview never touches.
  • Faculty beyond Talie, Eileen and Sandys are not shown because the studio has not published them.

What do you use to run OnPointe behind the scenes?

Optional, and not a test. This is how I learn how you work so the technology fits you, not the other way around. Just describe a normal week.

The goal isn’t just to build OnPointe a better website. It’s to build OnPointe a digital platform worthy of the company you’ve already built.
